My name is Tracey Collett.  For the last 8 years, I have been a full-time educator in the permanent cosmetics industry, teaching both beginner and advanced courses.  As the former owner of  2  permanent cosmetics schools and 3 successful permanent cosmetics businesses, I feel that my industry knowledge is pretty vast. My career started in Pittsburgh, PA about 18 years ago. The goal was to be successfully and gainfully self employed but without a business mentor, I was forced to learn by trial and error.....the hard way.  With the right mentor, I would have saved a lot of money, heartache and stress. I have a big love for this business and find it to be very fun and rewarding. With my years of experience in this specialized industry I could be your mentor. I have decided to retire from teaching to do makeup again but I knew I would miss the coaching and relationship aspect of teaching. This is why I do what I do.
